I ordered my service, but it is showing as pending, and I cannot configure it. What's wrong?

In order to start using your service, you need to pay the first invoice, and have the transaction complete. After that, the service will go from pending mode to active, and you will gain full control. If after a successful transaction your service is not activated before 30 minutes, open a ticket and we will be happy to help you troubleshoot further.
